Number of rings/sec before Voicemail kicks in?

Is there a way to change number of rings or seconds before the voicemail kicks in?

Using Canada Rogers AT&T with SX66 on AK3.2 1.3.2 (in case it matters)

Turn on: **61*number**time in seconds (5,10,15,20,25 oder 30)#
Turn off: ##61#
Check status: *#61#

example **61*+49171131234567**20# sends all incomming calls after 20 seconds to the T-Mobilevoicebox.

afaik this is only possible with GSM codes.

this is a provider setting, on my vodafone I have a menu choice when listening to my voicemail.
