Wireless LAN connects but won't work

Hello. I just got a 8125 and been messing around trying to get the WiFi to work. I can connect to my wireless network but internet explorer will not browse the internet. I can see my phone as an attached devise on my network, and ive tried it with WEP encryption and without. Both connect, neither work. I've tryed open system, shared key and all those things. I don't know much about certificates.. could that be it? Ive tried my network with b only, b/g, and g only. =[

The odd thing is GPRS works fine. And laptops/anything else connect to my network fine.

I got this phone used.. could it be my rom?

Im using 2.25.11.1 WWE w/ cingular.
