English Interface on chinese ROM

Hi all, is it possible to change the interface into English on Chinese ROM while keeping all Chinese support( view and input), say the Chinese ROM display
“開始” instead of “Start”
“系統” instead of “System”

You are better off installing Chinese input/view support on an English ROM.
