Hello,
I have just bought the new ATOM Exec and I have to say that this is a great machine... however, I am having troubles with the reminders / alarms.
Every morning at 08:30 I got a reminder box poping saying "alarm: no description". I have checked my time settings and no alarm is activates (even if the O2 media Plus)..... Does anyone know how I could get rid of it ?
Thanks,
Greg

You have somethign "stuck" in your notification queue.
Load some software to look at the notification queue.. MemMaid is good.
You'll be able to see the notification queue and be able to work out which ones are the "stuck" alarms.
Don't just delete notifications because you don't know what they are though...
Also search other forums, there are a lot of posts about this (especially for the wizard)

Hi and thanks for your reply. I have installed memmaid and could see these alarms in the notification queue.... there were 4 or windows/clock.exe at 8:30am..... however, even if I can delete these entries, they keep on returning every time I do a soft reset..... any ideas on how to get rid of that ?
Thanks.

They keep returning .. wierd...
Firstly go in to Alarms and disable all the ones you have in there.
Then go into memmaid and check for duplicates first .. delete these duplicates .. then delete ALL alarms again.
Soft reset... hopefully they won't be there.
If they are then I have no idea ... sorry.
