I bought this phone from ebay and it arrived today. I don't know what is wrong with it. I can't make a phone call or send a message. I googled but didn't find any answer. Do you have any fix for this?

the phone could be network (provider) locked, so u may have to get that unlock first before u can use your own sim.

or u could try to hard reset it first, see if it can work with default setting at least before trying to unlock it.
