Can you post more details? which Hermes version (100, 200, 300), which re-seller/carrier, which country?

I heard that one HT637XXXX is also been hit by screen alignment in Singapore as Dopod 838pro...

I have a HK Dopod838pro HT636XXXX still good (1 week), tried to load all my stuff, blew hot hair dyer...still ok. Hopefully stays that way !!! (knock!)

I have a 634 after 10 days it hit me. but only on the right side of the screen.
Also quick shortcut for screen alignment is d-pad button and message button, this will bring up the alignment immediately, great time saver.!

I got one here and no problems as yet..:)

Unfortunately mine came with HSDPA disabled so I had to ring T-Mobile to get it activated.

After 30 minutes of them telling me it wasnt possible to turn this feature on I told them the phone would be returned as hundreds already had this feature for free on the £7.50 WnW.;)

They rang me back the same afternoon telling me my request was granted but HSDPA will only be activated with the £10 WnW as from now..:D

We will see..;)
