disable startup message - new pc card detected?

Hi. My XDA wasn't doing this before, but now the first thing I get when it boots is a big ugly error message. It asks "do you want to use this PC card on battery power" at the end. I guess before I had it plugged in, but can I disable this? It might be because of some tweak I did where I asked it to warn me about stuff?? I don't think so though. Thank you!

? there is a switch for that in there.
