how do i add large icons on the main screen like internet explorer icons message icons etc

one more question...... whats this windows vista for mobile, is it like the new operating systems for windows mobile? can this be download anywhere

Look for those launcher plugins for your Today screen. There are a few around, but I'm not sure which one is the better one. Look for the thread on the Today (eg member showing off their Today screen setup) screen and look for the screen with the thing that you fancy. The thread (post) should tell you what plugin they are using.

Vista mobile is just a theme. It is a Vista-wanna-be-look-alike for WM5. It uses various ways of changing WM5 to look like Vista. Similiar to Apple-wanna-be-look-alike WM5.
