I'm having the same problem as another user did, IOCTL_GET_LOCK_FLAG fail and can't have the phone to connect, anyone know a solution for this?
It happens at the boot screen IOCTL_GET_LOCK_FLAG fail - the specified resource name cannot be found in the image file.
