MDA Pro Backlight Faulty

Hi All,
My MDA Pro's back light is not at all functioning, I can use the device in daylight condition , Brightness level in settings is 100%,and I have tried taking of the ticks in both battery power and external power to avoid turning off back light, still nothing happens.
I have even upgraded the rom to the latest T-mobile rom(1.30.114WWE), Still backlight is not turning on.

Any Ideas Please

I have found the problem, (Dismantled the phone as per manual) 3 wires in the LCD cable brocken. I dont know which goes where?,Please if anybody got some ideas, Much appreciated. Or Anyideas about buying one
