AKU 3.2 for dummies

OK I am nott he sharpest tool in the shed!

So to get this upgrade do i need to install another rom, or is there a way around it?

presumably, just like reloading xp or whatever i would need ot reinatall all of my programs right - even ones installed to the SD card?

sorry for the basic Q - as u can see I need a lot of help

It's like formatting your machine and just loading windows again. U'll have to reinstall everything.
