* When you connect a modem to a PC. A COM port is created by this Modem card. You can open this COM port and send AT commands to control the modem, initiate calls and answer calls. Well this is easy.
* NOW FOR THE REAL QUESTION:
For the PDA2K (Blue Angels) I want to know if these is an INTERNAL COM port that I can open to initiate calls over GSM and answer calls. I need to make a program that runs on WM 5 and access a COM port somewhere on teh PDA2K to initiate a GSM call and that is answered by a modem on the other side of the call. The PDA 2K is not connected to anything only a PDA with a SIM.
Please Help.
