Hello peeps,

I've got the following issue with my Atom.
When i remove it from the usb cable (Activesync) it connects automatically to my wireless router.
What is going on?

PS: The Atom has the latest official rom (not the Exec's one).

if you have WIFI turned on, it try to connect to all networks, that it can find.
turn off wifi.

I know it sounds weird, but that's the truth!

I have turned off the WiFi and i'm attaching the device to the usb cable. Open ActiveSync, make a backup of my contacts for example. I remove the Atom off the cable and the WiFi turn on alone and connect to my USR9106 wireless router.

yes. it happens to me on my hp6828 as well:

wifi is turned off for sure.
dock to the usb for async wit outlook.
after sync, unplug the usb.
then the wifi starts searching for network and evetually gets connected to my home network.

ok... i suspect it's not device- or manufacturer-specific problem but active sync problem... if i found any result when i google around, will let u know then...
