Sim Manager Sim_Mgr.exe locked - how to upgrade?

Hi folks,

I wish to upgrade the file Sim_Mgr.exe with a new version but when I try to overwrite it in windows AKU 3.2 directory, it is locked.

How can I do it?

Try copying the file using Windows via Active Sync rather than directly on the device.
