Never understood why we have to use 'MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe' always (I would say), specially in some situations...
For instance if we have an original Qtek WWE ROM (Universal_Qtek_WWE_11364_151_10300.exe) installed and try to upgrade to the next Qtek WWE official AKU2.0 ROM, why does the 'ROMUpgradeUt.exe' keeps giving 'Country ID Error'!?
- Device is the same Qtek and not locked to any Telco Operator.
- Both ROMs are official WWE and produced to the same device.

I believe it would be easier to use 'ROMUpgradeUt.exe', as 'MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe' was not originalli designed to UNI, and maybe thats why we experience some difficulties with it. Even with bootloader upgraded to v1.01 I have to run it at least twice (Ok with v1.00 bootloader it was much harder).
