Cannot pass the boot image

I used to have the old rom of Movistar, and i dont know why it couldn't go through the boot image, so i decided to flash to the lastest jasjar WWE rom. I did it successfully, but I have the same problem... i cannot pass through the i-mate boot splash screen. It gets stuck there... what can be happening?
