I assume you are talking about Cyberon Voice Speed Dial.
You have two alternatives:
1) Backup (copy) the file 'CommandModel1.bin' from \Windows and copy it again to the same directory after upgrading ROM.
2) Use the VSDDB Cyberon tool at http://www.cyberon.com.tw/technicalsupport.htm to backup/restore voicetags
Both methods may fail, if CVSD version changes (it happened from v1.0 to v1.1) or, I believe, if major changes happen to your Contacts (.pst file) at Outlook (it happend to me once).

An equivalent working solution, would be appreciated to restore Phone 'Speed Dial' entries.
Also tired to add these entries, everytime I update the Rrom.
