Try to press the left softkey or tap on the left softkey bar which label is Unlock, then tap on the Unlock in the right-middle of the screen.

If the Atom's buttons is currently locked, the active softkey should be just the left one with the Unlock label.

i mean when the unit is off, pressing softkeys to turn on device like those htc units. is it can be modify in registry?

you can only mofify, that the device tuned on when you press display anywhere

1. MENU->SETTINGS->BACKLIGHT->Battery Power
check all 2 boxes
2. MENU->SETTINGS->POWER->ADVANCED
uncheck all 2 boxes
