No Internet using Skype and Explorer, but Internet on Minimo etc ..

Explorer and Skype can't find the internet on either Wifi or 3G, but Minimo,Worldmate and Spb GPRS DO find it!!!
What am I doing wrong ?? How could I fox this ??
Please help me out here , or do I have to reinstall from scratch again doing a Hard Reboot ??

How should they be ?
I have never put any, and why would they change ??
I saw they were on 127.0.0.1 and switched them off, Explorer working now, Skype still not on Wifi .....

Now i want to connect through 3G, it gives me a remote modem error .....
I am using Vodafone in Spain ...
Same for using the Wifi .. still no luck , what should the settings be ???
