you could go Mongkok, Sai Yeung Choi Street South, MTR exit E2
almost whole street are shops selling electronics. shops like broadway, fortress, wilson, chung yuen and citicall are quite reliable. and normally their price is negotiable.

i myself have checked O2 atom pure at wilson, now cost HK$4680 (by cash, not credit card) without any gift. while O2 atom exec selling somewhere around HK$55xx, the package without IR keyboard.

last week i got hp6818 myself for just HK$4030 in citicall! :)
