smartskey error even after removal

Guys,

I removed smartskey due to this error - and i am still getting the unable to launch error. I removed the shortcut, i don't understand with no shortcut and no program why it's still erroring... thoughts?

this doesn't fix the problem for me - the item keeps coming back to the notifications queue after a soft reset...

anything else I can look for?
