All,
I have a Vario 2 and have noticed that when I press down on the D-Pad the whole unit that comprises of the green send button, red end button, ok button and windows button seems to lift upwards quite a bit from the phone. Does anyone elses do this?
Thanks

Yip, mine does. It lifts up quite a bit actually. Then you need to push it down to click the thing back into place.

Hi,
Should it be like that? I am sure over time this has happened as I dont remember it lifting so much when I got the phone about 4 weeks ago.
Thanks

As far as I'm aware it's been like that since I received it. That pesky down push on the Dpad...

Mine doesn't do that. Everything stays firmly in place even if I push on the down button of the D-pad really hard

Mine did that too, Luckily I have noticed it within 8 days of purchase and returned the device. The new one also does it but Much and Much Less. Actually almost not, but I beleive it is a common problem, since in the store i made them open two boxes to chose from

Mine does it too. Asked T-Mobile UK to replace it. They have checked the IMEI and said this is a 'normal' behavior. Very dissapointing.
