TyTn Vodaphone MMS settings

Hi, can anyone give me step by step instructions on how to be able to receive MMS on my UK Vodaphone contract TyTn?

Everything else works except the MMS:confused:

If it's like T-mobile phones, to enable the MMS receive service you need to send an MMS message to yourself. I think anyway... Possibly the same for Vodafone.
