Just bought XDA neo from o2 and cant update it from German to English

Here is the problem. I just bought my xda neo from o2 in germany 2 days ago. I want to update it from german to english So I downloaded a file to do iit. It is the same file many have been using:

RUU_Prophet_2151327_21513121_021921_DOP_ASIA_WWE_S hip-NoVendorID.zip

1st when I go to update it tell me I have version 2.15.4.140
and the I will be updating to version 2.15.13.121

Now first of all I am updating to an earlier version is that correct?
Anyway, I get the error 302 within 10 seconds after it starts. :mad:
So it does not really do anything. The screen changes to the 3 color bars and that is about it. Then I have to reset it and I am back to square one.

I am using the:

I download the latest activesync version 4.2 from microsoft in english and I am using that for synchronizing.

Could anybody help me with this problem.

Is my version too recent?
What is the best software fix for this problem?
Could you also recommend so other performance boosting software and where to find it?
