BB Connect...System vs Blackberry Folder

I have BB Connect running and it is connecting to an enterprise server everythng seems OK except the mail keeps getting delivered into the system email folder on the device instead of the blackberry folder and I cant reply from the system folder and I cant create/send mail from the blackberry folder.

Any ideas?

I also see a System folder, but I only get service activation messages there. I get all Blackberry email in the Blackberry folder.
