Trying to get BlackBerry connect to work with 700wx, please help..

I have 700wx from Sprint with power vision plan. I am also on Corporate BES server. I installed bb connect software on phone and bb desktop. I am trying to follow instruction from the pdf but when i hit "connect" on desktop side, it doesnt find the device. BB desktop software has a pin listed and also see's my autosignature from the server. How can i make this work? please help.

I had the same issue in the past. Do you have other Blackberry software installed? i.e. Blackberry Desktop Manager, etc. from a previous Blackberry. If so, remove it. You can only have the BB Connect Desktop software installed.

I have mine working fine. For the exception of a few quirks. I am using a Palm Treo 750v on the Cingular network.
