Led Problem, Please help !

Today I use my atom normally but it low battery and just turn-off automatically. When I charged and open it, I find out that I have a new message when I finish read it, LED blinking in red colour and still blinking. I don't have any program running, notification. I "mark unread" message and open it, it can fix only 5 minutes and it blinking in Red colour again.
Anyone experienced this before, Please help

red LED blinking - it means Atom charging. Try to soft-reset, then fullcharge.

Ah.. The problem just begin when I'm fully charged, I can't fix it by soft rest.

Go into inbox and click all messages highlighed as "unread".
