Boot loader it is damaged!!! Help

1: We need a LOT more information than that to help. What did you try? What actually happened?

i from russia and my english not well))
I instal new version of ROM and radio and installer was quit. in Moscow service center (by phone) says what my boot loader chip is corupted and need repair chip(((((( price 120$$$
i fink what my chip in norm! But my boot loader is corupted!
Help me please reinstal boot laoder!!!

It is VERY rare for a bootloader chip to be fried from just a ROM upgrade. ROM upgrades aren't supposed to even touch the chip or its contents.

Try holding Power + Camera + Soft Reset buttons and see if you can get into the bootloader again. If it still boots into the bootloader (ie. You see 'Serial' and 'v1.xx' somewhere on the screen) then your bootloader is not dead, and you're probably being scammed by whoever told you it was dead. If it does get into bootloader then you should be able to revive the thing with an SD card flash, though it might be a bit difficult.

If it doesn't get into bootloader though, then you might be in trouble. Either way, post back here and I'll try to help in what ways I can.

But does it get into bootloader mode? If it doesn't then you can't reflash it. If it does, try step 2d in this guide first: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=273911

And sorry, but the SD card flash method needs you to have a working Magician... so I don't think that method can be done.

I don't understand you. Can you get into bootloader mode as I described? If it does, try the method I posted above!

You cannot update the bootloader on a Magician as of now. If your bootloader doesnt work, then you will probably need a new chip.
