Send contact using SMS

Hi,

does anyone knows how to send a contact using SMS.

When I try to do it the only option is Bluetooth or infrared.

You want to choose send as vcard. I don't think the HTCs have the option to send a vcard via SMS (yet :))

You can send a vcard using the Palm Messaging app via mms. Select Add Media then Add vcard.

This is one of AKU3 features, I guess that the treo will get this update sooner or later (it will also get HSDPA upgrade at the same time)

Are you sure it's a new feature? If it is, it's interesting what it implies. It could open up some fabulous possiblities if the SMS transport limitations are lifted....

I can send contacts with my HTC Wizard running AKU3.2.

So you just have to wait for AKU3.2 to arive for the Palm 750v...

...and I have to wait and see when I get a 750v as well :D

Any way to send contact other than through MMS? It costs 5 times more than a normal SMS and I don't see why we should do it that way.
