Rom 1.13 Wwe

is there by any chance a ROM 1.13 WWE? i dont think that the T-Moblie ROM will work in India. do i have to load all my programs again if i flash my ROM?

It doesn't matter what country you are in or what operator you use, the T-Mobile ROM will work. It does not lock or restrict the phone's capabilities in any way - in fact, if you go on to BigStorage the ROM and hence skip the provider customisations, the ROM will be nearly identical to a generic ROM with the exception of the startup screen.

And yes, you will have to reload all your programs if you reflash your ROM, along with your contacts, appointments, etc... any data stored in the phone.
