i get sound only on charger (help)

i get this wierd thing to my phone,..

i have a O2 XDA IIs, and i get the sound from media player and ringing so it seems fine right, but what happening is its not,.. i get no sound when someone call to my PDA and i cant also hear them if i call them,.. but its fine when its in the charger,... this starts a two days ago when i tryed to use the head phone, (not the blutooth)

so can someone help me on this matter,...
