Sorry all,

Just to clarify some issue. I saw a web on XDA Repair.

http://xda-repair.com/index.html

It is told by them that XDA2i is known as HTC_Himalaya with a better camera and with Wi-Fi support.
The device contains a 64Mb rom, and a 64MB diskonchip, and 128Mb RAM. The rom contains the os, extended rom, bootsplash and some serial numbers. The diskonchip contains the 'storage' directory.

Pardon me if I am wrong? As eaging waiting for WM5 for XDA2i.

not himalaya
the question is if xdaIIi is alpine or andes

even if it's andes it's not compatible with himalaya roms
roms are 100% made for a device and if the cpu is changed or wifi is added the rom is no longer compatible
