mda t-mobile freez when u go to phone option from start menu

i have t-mobile mda with german rom i flash it with SD card with english room and phone was working normal for one day then when i go to phone from the start menu phone freez with sim card or without sim

i upgrade with win2003 using rom 4.02.04 ENG
and i upgrade radio to 4.21.00

proplem still same
any body can help ?

try flashing a diff rom and see if it fix it
