I just started having this problem where I cant open a link from a txt message or from another program, such as NewsBreak (RSS reader). I get a box that pops saying 'httP://link goes here' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of the components cannot be found. You may need to reinstall or restore this file.
