HELP: Every time I soft reset - the sound settings are gone

I like having the sound when I tap on the screen or use the D-pad. And it is so irritating, that everytime I softreset, the sound settings are gone, and I have to reactivate the settings.

Does anyone know how I can get the settings to be permanent??
