not possible afaik....

Option+Power will also lock then off right away..

I don't have a treo. How do you initiate the key guard thing?

the Keygraud seem make by palm.
i have try your VjDevicelock with -displayoff option.

it work can lock a key but not combine key (e.g. option + POWER i can have a dual Key lock same time)

however if some event wake the phone, the screen will on forever, even any music player playing it cannot toggle screen off
