Question, after ive unlocked the CID using the method described in the Wiki and I then upgrade to my devices Official ROM (JAMin) does it remain CID unlocked or do I need to go through the process again before upgrading to another rom?
Thanks

Once it is CID unlocked it will stay CID unlocked forever! Relax.

Is there any way to unlock CID keeping the original ROM, without a previous downgrade ?
Thanks

YES, thanks! Exactly what I meant!
(as you can see from my signature, I do have a G3 rom)
But I asked "how to dump original ROM"... ;)
Wiki pages have a huge deadlock, IMHO:
Prophet_Rom_Dump (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Prophet_Rom_Dump): CID-unlocked device needed
Prophet_CID_Unlock (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Prophet_CID_Unlock): ROM changed (downgraded) for CID unlocking only
Don't you agree it's quite confusing, and unuseful ???
Thanks for any further info.

You took the point.
I have the same doubts.
If someone could fix the wiki-page or share a solution could help a lot of users.
Thanks in advance.

You can't "fix" the wiki pages as it is correct what it said there.
however, I think there is a util that dumps the ROM from windows windows.
I'll see if I can find it again (its somewhere on the other forums on xda)
