Change OS - URGENT HELP NEEDED

Hi all,
I have just bought an XDA-neo from O2 , but a german version. Can someone tell me what i need to do to convert it into an english version. I have been told by O2 that this is not possible as i will loose alot the functionality (the Wifi, bluetooth, etc).
If it is possible to change can you please let me know how and where to get the software. As working withthe german version is being a nightmare.
I have even need to install a german version of Outlook as so that i can perform a backup of my data.

Any WWE (World Wide English) ROM will do (for your device of course).
The O2 people are lying to you because they don't want you messing with the device.
As long as you change to a tested ROM there should be no problems with WiFi BT etc.

But be careful!
Make sure all your data is backed up, your device is fully charged and that you read and understood the instructions fully before beginning.

Interrupted or incorrect ROM update will render your device unusable (brick)!
