Windows XP unable to format my SD Card after SD Flash

The card is now unreadable. I have tried to use the default Windows XP formatting software, but it tells me it cannot be formatted. What can I do to recover it? I have not tried with the Wallaby because I doubt if the formatting software it has is any more sophisticated than Windows XP's. Please help me.

You should use SDFormatter V1.1
