VPAII is it wizard?

I was under the idea that the VPAII (Vodafone) was a HTC Wiza-200 or does this fall under HERM? The handheld itself is only sold through Vodafone in a German format. YOu can even get the roms from the Vodafone website, but once again German. I have made several attempts at making this device WWE. I have downloaded and installed several different roms, the new programs give me english but the menus and the old menus are still all GER. Is there any way to change this? I have also downloaded the "Total Commander" but i am unsure of the locations of what i have to change to get English.

Edit: My mistake. My phone is a G4 Wiza100 and it was locked. I got around the CID lock using some advice i got from a post on here..thanks guys..sorry to bother
