LED Strobe

Does anyone know how to turn the LED strobe light (aka flash) on without having to actually take a photo?

As in, I want to use the strobe light as a flash light

I have an atom exec and just use the self diagnostic test. Just click on run camera flash and it stays on as long as you want.

Check the attached Zip file and install Mortscript program.
Then use the script file to turn on the Flash light.

I am having it a shortcut in my Today screen

It works, but only once in every 2 loads. ie, works, doesnt work, works, doesnt work.
