We all need 'em, but where do we get 'em?

I am referring to parts for the HTC Wizard (and like models), I have called HTC and got the parts dept. and the person never answers the damn phone.

I am sure there are others who are looking for parts...

All I need right now is a new keyboard (just the buttons) mine is in German, would like an English (US, preferably).

So where have you (the community) gotten parts from reliably?

I am in Canada, are people in other countries having an easier time?

Given past experience, you're not going to get parts out of HTC.

As you just want a 'plastic piece' rather than an 'electronic piece' try looking on Ebay for a broken/dropped/bricked device that some one is selling cheep.

I orderd two battry-covers at a company called Brightpoint in Germany.
The did send them to me by UPS and did not charge me for anything.

They might as well send you the keypad as well.
