Accepting call resets SPVM2000 (Blue Angel)

My phone some times hard resets when I accept an incoming call and goes back to factory defaults,,, with screen align as startup. It is so annoying as it looses all the information. Have to start every thing from scratch,, will appreciate help/support if some one else has come accross something like this ?

well, I had the same problem. It's ofcourse a hardware problem. Now I've upgraded to WM5 and since it keeps permamnent storage, the only things I've got to set after hard reseting are time and date. Life is aloooooot better now :D
