hello sorry i speak english a little .My S200 have some trouble .I have no sound when a person ring me Its not the HP because i listen the person when he talk.No sound whith alarm ,no sound with i listen music .After a hard reset its the same.No problem whith the kit foot.Is it the rom?

is it the same with a headset plugged in? sounds like a hardware-problem.

Apparement, il y a un problème connu sur ce type de téléphone. En effet, il y a eu plusieurs retours suite a des problèmes de sons. J'ai vu ces infos sur plusieurs forums avant d'acheter ce téléphone.

my french is very very bad... but i agree with wilfried. The headset-jack produce this kind of problems and your description indicates to this. You should return the device for repair.

You could try pluggin-in and pluggin-out the original headset several times, but even if the device return to working... this issue will come back very soon.
I guess the best you can do is to return it for repair.
