Direct3D on German Devices

Hi

Somehow it seems that on the German HTC devices Direct3D is not working. Anyone an Idea how to patch the drivers? - I have an Hermes and a Meteor both give me an DriverUnsupportedException when I start to run managed direct 3D mobile code.
