Importing from Palm OS

Hello,
Is there an easy way to import to the pocket pc with wm5 the contacts from a palm os phone? I am talking ablout the calendar, memo and contacts data.
When I export them from the palm it creates the files contacts.aba , memo.mpa and the calendar.dba .

That is, just use "Beam Category" (infra) or "Send Category" (BT).

If you want to transfer them via your desktop, just use HotSync and sync them to your Outlook - and, then, back to the PPC.
