IF ya check out DopodAsia site, is avail for China and Taiwan only.

Well,In China,Artemis sells as dopod P800W,it costs RMB¥ 6900($880/€700)
But the smuggled one from Taiwan cost only RMB¥ 5500($700/€550),it's much cheaper.
