Download the chinese CE-Star Suite.

Do not installed, if you have install, 7-zip.org, extract the cab or zip file. Fill a font file and copy inside to \Windows .. i think the file name is call sunglobe.ttf

Install PHM-Regedit in the XDAIIi, than edit..

If you find it is troublesome, I had made a cab file which I made for my personal use and store in the Storage Card, which I can email you. about 4.5meg, including the font that i download.
