WM5 s/w to work on 2003?

Please excuse the slightly naive post, but is there anyway that programs made solely for WM5 can be MADE to work on 2003/SE?

I ask this because Microsoft Voice Command 1.6 has been released but it's only for 5.0 :(

I tried it on my 2i but just says something about keeping it hidden until a compatible device becomes available...
