XDA IIi "camera failed please reset hardware"

i'm newbie, please give me solution xda IIi with error camera and show "Failed to initialize camera please reset the hardware".
i try upgrade with file
Modified XDA_IIi_Upgrade_v1.11.162_Radio_1.04_Camera_Fixed
and
Alpine_Ext-1.11.162_Radio-1.04_O2stuffstripped_Camera_Fixed

but still trouble

are u having problems with the battery going flat at an alarming rate???
When you press the camera button on the side does it go to WMP

by now this question SHOULD BE in a FAQ cos it is asked a bit. Only way to sort it and this is a temp fix is a hard reset. but it can fail at anytime, and yer battery goes flat quickly 1/2 a day tops!!. Basicly the board needs replacing. Sorry not good news. the O2 units have 2yr warranty.
take it back they send it off. (mark the warrant void label with a pen so you can tell if they have been inside it) When you get it back try it, if the board has been replaced (check the info in device info) then it will be cool, if not replaced then call the repair center n say its still no good. they send you a box, ship it back n you get a board replacment

exact like me..i have this problem too and i upgrade to a new ROM version but still doesn't work..i don't know what to do
